1. TigerWoods.com Customer Service
If you have a question which is not answered here, please check the FAQs. You can also e-mail our Customer Service Department.TigerWoods.com runs in most current browsers and operating systems. To watch or listen to TigerWoods.com video, you need Adobe Flash Player 9.0.115 (or above) installed on your computer. See Section 3. Flash Player Requirements for more information. Some features may be limited or unavailable if you are running a configuration that is not recommended. The following profiles are recommended for a standard TigerWoods.com experience. Note: If your computer is more than approximately three (3) years old, then you may experience technical difficulties when attempting to use TigerWoods.com.

A high-speed broadband Internet connection (Cable, DSL, T1) is required to stream TigerWoods.com content.
AOL Users:
AOL Version 9 is supported. However, please note that running the AOL environment may consume a substantial amount of the computer's memory and processor, thereby potentially disrupting performance. TigerWoods.com does not support AOL versions earlier than Version 9.
64-Bit Versions of Windows:
Adobe Flash Player is not yet compatible with 64-bit Internet browsers. 64-bit versions of Windows have both a 64-bit and 32-bit browser installed.
Other General Settings:
- JavaScript turned ON - This is the standard setting for all browsers. The site will not work if JavaScript is turned off.
- Cookies enabled - This is the standard setting for all browsers. If cookies are disabled, you may encounter login errors and experience difficulties viewing certain content.
3. Flash Player Requirements
The TigerWoods.com Media Player is built on Adobe Flash Player and requires Flash Player 9.0.115 or higher to function. The TigerWoods.com Media Player will operate with Flash Player 9.0.115; Flash Player 10, however, is required for better performance. For Adobe Flash Player 10 System Requirements, please click here.
