2. Which Media Player do I need to play media on TigerWoodsFoundation.org?

To watch or listen to TigerWoodsFoundation.org multimedia content, you need Adobe Flash Player 9.0.115 or above (Flash Player 10 results in better performance) installed on your computer.

6. What are the optimal configurations for Windows Media Player?

For the Windows Media Player, we recommend the following configurations:
  1. Pull down the Tools menu of Windows Media Player 9 (or right click on the embedded video screen) and select Options. Note: In Windows Media Player 11, you will need to click on the bar above the image to get the pull-down menus.
  2. In the Player tab, be sure the "Download Codecs Automatically" box is checked.
  3. Also, be sure the "Connect to the Internet (overrides other commands)" box is checked.
  4. In the Performance tab, in the Connection Speed category, select Choose Connection Speed.
  5. In the Connection Speed drop down menu, choose the speed proper to your Internet service. Note: For TigerWoodsFoundation.org, the speed must be higher than 400K. If you do not know your connection speed, contact your Internet Service Provider.
  6. Select the Network tab.
  7. In the Streaming Protocols window, uncheck the top two boxes: Multicast and UDP. Leave the TCP and HTTP boxes checked.
  8. Below in the Streaming Proxy Settings window, click on the HTTP protocol
  9. Click Configure
  10. Change the Proxy Setting to Do Not Use a Proxy Server
  11. Click OK to the Configure Protocol window
  12. Click Apply
  13. Click OK to the Options window

7. Can I watch my video in my computer's media player, or do I have to use the player launched by TigerWoodsFoundation.org?

We recommend users utilize the TigerWoodsFoundation.org native player. Alternative players are not supported, and may not function properly.
8. How do I view TigerWoodsFoundation.org video in Full Screen?

Choosing a full-screen view depends on your media player.

Flash Player: Click on where it says "Full Screen" on the bottom-right corner of the player.

Silverlight: Click on the square icon on the right end of the tracking bar on the bottom of the screen when you put your mouse over the video.

Windows Media Player: Right click on the video and choose Full Screen.

Flip4Mac: Go to the System Preferences, click on Flip4Mac WMV, under the browser tab put a check next to "Launch QuickTime Player", quit System Preferences and Apply the changes. Launch a game, the game should now open in a separate QuickTime window. You can now choose full screen or adjust the size of the window via the QuickTime menu on the top of the screen.

9. How do I delete Temporary Internet Files in my browser?

If you are having difficulty accessing TigerWoodsFoundation.org, you should clear out your browser's cache by deleting Temporary Internet Files. 11. How do I disable the Pop-Up Blocker built in to my browser?

Below are directions on how to disable Pop-Up Blockers on the most popular browsers supported by TigerWoodsFoundation.org:

    1. Click on the Tools menu and put the mouse over "Pop-up Blocker"
    2. In the menu that pops up select "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker"

  2. Firefox (PC)
    1. Click on the Tools menu

    4. Uncheck "Block pop-up windows"

  3. Firefox (Mac)
    1. Pull down the Firefox menu and select Preferences
    2. Click the Privacy tab
    3. Uncheck "Block pop-up windows"

  4. Safari (Mac)
    1. Pull down the Safari menu
    2. Click on "Block Pop-Up Windows" so that there is no longer a check to the left of the where it says "Block Pop-Up Windows"

13. Can I use AOL as my browser when accessing my TigerWoodsFoundation.org account?

AOL Version 9 is supported. However, please note that running the AOL environment may consume a substantial amount of the computer's memory and processor and result in poor performance. TigerWoodsFoundation.org does not support AOL versions earlier than Version 9.
