PROHIBITED INFO

Officials are asking everyone to participate in making the event safe and enjoyable by being aware of their surroundings and taking a look at our standard tournament policies before you arrive.

PERMITTED ITEMS

No opaque bags larger than a small purse (6" x 6" x 6"), including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags
Clear plastic, vinyl or other carry items not exceeding 12" x 12" x 6"
A one-gallon clear re-sealable plastic bag
Mobile phones, tablets and PDAs - MUST be on silent mode and adhere to TOUR's Mobile Device Policy
Still point-and-shoot cameras with lens smaller than 6"; no cases (during practice rounds only). Professional-looking cameras and equipment (long-range lenses, tripods, etc.) will NOT be allowed.
Umbrellas without sleeves
Portable radios with headsets
Medically necessary supplies, strollers, small diaper bags, plastic baby bottles and other necessary baby supplies (infant must be with carrier)
Collapsible chairs without carry bags
Binoculars without case
All sizes of strollers are allowed and subject to search.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

No bags larger than 6" x 6" x 6", including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags
No clear plastic, vinyl or other carry items larger than 12" x 12" x 6"
No plastic, metal or glass cups, cans or containers of any kind except for medical or infant needs
No computers or laptops
No fireworkds or laser pointers
No lawn or oversize chairs, seat cushions or bicycles
No pets, except for service animals
No knives, firearms or weapons of any kind
No video cameras (all week)
No cameras (during competition rounds Thursday-Sunday)
No beverages (patrons may not bring in or exit with beverages) or coolers
No radios or TVs
No signs, posters or banners



MOBILE DEVICE POLICY

The use of mobile devices (cell phones, smartphones, PDA's, tablets) is permitted at the Quicken Loans National according to the following policy:

  • Please silence your mobile device at all times
  • Calls permitted only in designated areas clearly identified as "Cell Phone Zones"
  • Main entrance, Congressional Clubhouse, driving range, all concession stand areas, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, 11 Green Spectator Village
  • No video recording permitted at any time
  • No photographs or video permitted during competition rounds (any device with a lense is considered a camera whether it makes calls or not)
  • Violations may result in the confiscation of your mobile device, deletion of photographs and/or removal from the tournament
  • **Neither the Quicken Loans National nor the PGA TOUR shall be responsible for any damage to, or the loss of, any confiscated devices.**
  • Please be respectful to the players and fans around you -- take your call or text in a designated Cell Phone Zone

AUTOGRAPH POLICY

During the official competitive rounds (Thursday-Sunday), players will not sign autographs until they have completed their rounds. Autograph areas adjacent to No. 9 and No. 18 scoring areas will be designated. Players have the option to use this area. Please be respectful of players that do not sign autographs. Booing or rude comments for players that bypass autographs will not be tolerated.

GOLF ETIQUETTE

  • Stay quiet and stand still when players are about to hit the ball.
  • Hands in the air means stop and be quiet while golfers are playing their shots.
  • Do not cross fairways, except for areas designated as crossover areas.
  • To allow for better viewing for all, please be considerate of others and kneel or sit down whenever possible.
  • For your safety and the safety of others, please follow the directions of the tournament marshals.

Spectators will be removed immediately without warning for:

  • Refusal to obey quiet signs or signals.
  • Distracting or embarrassing a player.
  • Making rude, vulgar or other inappropriate comments or gestures toward a player.
  • Booing or cheering at inappropriate times.

Monday:

  • Will call is located at the main entrance and runs from 6 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Parking lots open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.
  • Shuttles begin service at 6 a.m. with last lot-returning shuttle at 6:45 p.m.
  • Gates open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.

Tuesday:

  • Will call is located at the main entrance and runs from 6 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Parking lots open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.
  • Shuttles begin service at 6 a.m. with last lot-returning shuttle at 6:45 p.m.
  • Gates open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.

Wednesday:

  • Will call is located at the main entrance and runs from 6 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Parking lots open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.
  • Shuttles begin service at 6 a.m. with last lot-returning shuttle at 6:45 p.m.
  • Gates open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.

Thursday:

  • Will call is located at the main entrance and runs from 5:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Parking lots open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.
  • Shuttles begin service at 6 a.m. with last lot-returning shuttle at 6:45 p.m.
  • Gates open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.

Friday:

  • Will call is located at the main entrance and runs from 6 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Parking lots open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.
  • Shuttles begin service at 6 a.m. with last lot-returning shuttle at 6:45 p.m.

Saturday:

Special Needs

We are committed to servicing disabled patrons regarding special needs parking requirements. Due to limited parking availability, patrons must apply for a Special Needs Parking Pass to access our handicapped parking lot. Forms will be released online in February 2015.

Emergencies

Should an emergency occur, contact any uniformed tournament marshal or law enforcement personnel in order to expedite medical assistance. First aid tents are displayed on all course maps.

2. Are tickets available for the Quicken Loans National?
Tickets to the 2015 Quicken Loans National will be available at a later date. Sign up for the National Newsletter to be notified when tickets are on sale.

3. Can I get housing during the Quicken Loans National?

4. Can you assist me in renting my own home to players for the event?
No. The Quicken Loans National does not assist in renting private homes.

5. When is the tournament televised?
The tournament will be televised according to the following schedule:

6. I'm making plans for 2015; what are the tournament dates?
The tournament dates for 2015 are July 27-Aug. 2.

7. Where is the golf course located for the 2015 tournament?
Robert Trent Jones Golf Club is located in Gainesville, Va.

8. Can I bring my camera?
CAMERAS AND VIDEO RECORDERS ARE NOT PERMITTED DURING THE TOURNAMENT ROUNDS, THURSDAY-SUNDAY. Cameras are only permitted on Tuesday and Wednesday.

9. Is there any policy on what I can and cannot bring to the tournament?
Yes. Please check out our PROHIBITED ITEM POLICY for a list of what you can and cannot bring into the event.

10. Will you need to search my bag?
Yes, the Quicken Loans National will be adhering to the PGA TOUR security procedures and protocols and will be checking bags at each of the entrances for not only prohibited items, but also to ensure that their bag conforms to the PGA TOUR's clear bag policy. Please check out our PROHIBITED ITEM POLICY for more details.

11. Can I leave my belongings before entering and then retrieve them at the end of the day?
No, the Quicken Loans National does not provide an area to check your belongings. Personal belongings that patrons do not want to carry while at the tournament should not be brought to the tournament. If a patron arrives to the tournament entrance with a non-conforming bag (see question 10) or a prohibited item they will not be allowed to enter and will need to secure those items at another location.

12. I have a parent that is very old. Is there any way I can drop them off at the front entrance?

13. Is parking free?

14. Does the Quicken Loans National rent or loan golf carts to those that cannot walk?
Unfortunately, the Quicken Loans National does not rent or loan golf carts. Additionally, rides are not offered to any location on course. There are numerous seating locations around the course that are open to the public for those that do not wish to walk the course, but you will have to get yourself there.
