Northbound 101
- Take 101 Freeway North to Westlake Boulevard, South.
- Exit Freeway and turn left onto Westlake Boulevard.
- Follow approximately (2) miles to Potrero Road, turn right and follow approximately (2) miles on Potrero Road.

Parking
General admission parking: All parking for the event is free in the General Admission Parking Lot located off of Potrero Road. Shuttle buses will transport patrons to and from the parking lot and the golf-course entrances.
Parking for people with disabilities: Parking will be located at the front of the General Admission Lot, with shuttle-bus service up to the golf course.
All parking in lots A, B, D and on the streets inside the Sherwood gates are reserved. Access will only be granted to persons with corresponding weekly hang tags or daily placards.
To ensure ease of entrance and exit during the tournament, please follow the directions of security personnel; they are updated constantly as to the availability of parking spaces.
By local ordinance, parking on any Sherwood Country Club street or driveway is prohibited, except in areas designated for parking on Stafford Road. Cars parked on streets in non-designated areas will be towed.

Mobile Device Policy
The World Challenge is now allowing mobile devices onto tournament grounds. Please see below for some guidelines that must be followed while at the tournament.
What defines a mobile device?
- A device that can send/receive calls and/or a device that can send/receive data.
Mobile device code of conduct:
- Device(s) must be on silent at all times.
- Calls may be placed or received in TOUR-approved designated areas only (see on-site signage).
- Data use (i.e. texting, email, etc.) will be permitted in all locations; however, it is NOT permitted as players are in position to compete (i.e. when marshal's arms are raised).
- Audio or video capture is NOT permitted at any time.
- Still photography is permitted on Wednesday ONLY.
- Still photography is NOT permitted at any time during competition (Thursday-Sunday).
- Any/all violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the tournament. At a minimum, violators of the policy will have their device(s) confiscated at the patron's risk until his/her departure.
The following items are NOT permitted on the golf course:
- Backpacks
- Beverage containers
- Carry items larger than a small purse
- Cameras (Thursday-Sunday)
- Coolers
- Firearms
- Folding armchairs or lawn chairs (no matter what heights)
- Ladders
- Larger camera bags
- Packages
- Periscopes
- Picnic baskets
- Radios (XM portable radios are allowed)
- Signs
- Televisions
- Video cameras
Autograph policy: During the official competitive rounds (Thursday-Sunday), players will not sign autographs until they have completed their rounds.
Golf etiquette:
- Stay quiet and stand still when players are about to hit the ball.
- Hands in the air means stop and be quiet while golfers are playing their shots.
- Do not cross fairways, except for areas designated as crossover areas.
- To allow for better viewing for all, please be considerate of others and kneel or sit down whenever possible.
- For your safety and the safety of others, please follow the directions of the tournament marshals.
Spectators will be removed immediately without warning for:
- Refusal to obey quiet signs or signals.
- Distracting or embarrassing a player.
- Making rude, vulgar or other inappropriate comments or gestures toward a player.
- Booing or cheering at inappropriate times.
Special Needs
Restrooms: Handicapped Access Restrooms will be available at all restroom locations on the course.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I volunteer to help out in the tournament?
There is currently a waiting list to be a tournament volunteer. Volunteers from the previous year are given priority to return the following year. Alternates are then selected based on additional need. For more information on volunteering at the World Challenge, click here.
Are tickets available for the World Challenge?
Tickets to the 2013 World Challenge will be available at a later date. Sign up for the World Challenge Newsletter to be notified when tickets are on sale.
Where can I park and how much does it cost?

8:00 a.m. PT every day.
Where is Will Call located?
Will Call is located near the Main Entrance in the General Admission parking lot off Potrero Road. It's open Wednesday-Sunday starting at 8:00 a.m.
What are the hours for the shuttle?
The shuttles depart every 10 minutes and run 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. from Wednesday-Sunday.

Can I get housing during the World Challenge?

When is the tournament televised?
The tournament will be televised according to the following schedule:
Thursday: Golf Channel - 1-4 pm PT
Friday: Golf Channel - 1-4 pm PT
Saturday: NBC - 12-3 pm PT
Sunday: NBC - 12-4 pm PT
I'm making plans for 2011; what are the tournament dates?
The tournament dates for 2011 are Nov. 28 - Dec. 4.

How does a player qualify to play in the World Challenge?
The field is comprised of 18 elite PGA Tour players: the current major winners, the top 11 available from the Official World Golf Ranking, the defending champion and two special-exemption players.
Who designed the golf course?
Golfing legend Jack Nicklaus is the man who designed the 7,064-yard, par-72 championship course.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes. The lost and found will be located at the Tournament Headquarters trailer in Parking Lot A.
Can I bring my camera?
CAMERAS AND VIDEO RECORDERS ARE NOT PERMITTED DURING THE TOURNAMENT ROUNDS, THURSDAY-SUNDAY. Cameras are only permitted on Wednesday.

I'm planning on flying to the tournament. Which airport should I fly into?
Sherwood is serviced by two major airports, Los Angeles International (LAX) and Hollywood/Burbank (BUR), as well as Van Nuys, Oxnard and Camarillo airports, which accommodate private and corporate planes.
