Ticket buyers who were unable to use their Saturday tickets or parking pass to attend the AT&T National on Sunday, July 1, will be eligible for a refund. Please review the following information regarding the 2012 AT&T National ticket policy.
-- Beginning July 2, fans that purchased a single day ticket or parking pass valid for Saturday, June 30, and did not use that specific ticket or pass, will have the option to request a refund.
-- Those requesting a refund must:
Send original, valid single-day Saturday ticket (must be verified as unused) and/or parking pass along with receipt or printed out email confirmation via certified mail to the following address: Tiger Woods Foundation, Attn: AT&T National Refund, 121 Innovation, Ste. 150, Irvine, CA 92617
All refunds are made at the ticket or parking passes face value. Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
Refunds are issued only using the same method of payment used at time of purchase.
All refund requests must be received or postmarked no later than August 2, 2012.
Refunds will be issued after August 2, 2012 and may take approximately 5-7 business days to post.
If you purchased a ticket package, include all items must be returned and unused in order to be eligible for a refund. Example: The Golf Lovers must include tickets, parking pass and food voucher.
Tickets or parking passes must have been purchased directly from the AT&T National or SportsToday to qualify for a refund. Excludes all third-party purchased tickets and parking passes.
