How to Apply

The following worksheet is designed to help you determine if your organization is eligible for a Tiger Woods Foundation grant. Before proceeding with this worksheet, it is a good idea to review the complete list of requirements. You will need your organization's most recent IRS 990 form in order to complete the worksheet. Step One: Please choose your state

Step Two: Calculate your organization's level of support.
Please Note: Public funding does not include Governmental Support.
A: Direct Public Support
B: Indirect Public Support +
C: Total Public Support $

The sum must equal $100,000 dollars or more in order to apply for a grant.
 
Step Three: Calculate the percentage of total expenses spent on salary and personnel costs.
A: Compensation of officers, directors, etc.
B: Other Salaries + Wages
C: Pension Plan Contributions
D: Other Employee Benefits
E: Total Personnel Expenses +

Take the sum of items A through E and divide it by your organization's Total Functional Expenses. Please do not use the information from step one of this worksheet.

Amount must be 49% or below in order to apply for a grant.
